All orders placed during this period will be shipped from January 9th as our office staff is returning. No pick-ups will be available during the holiday closure period.
Pre-Christmas Delivery Small Goods & Parcels
Due to flood damage and train derailment, goods travelling by rail between eastern Australia and Western Australia may not arrive before the Christmas break. Some delivery methods, such as Express Post and Air-based services, may still arrive on time.
For eastern states, the shipping cut-off for pre-Christmas arrival is December 2nd.
Pre-Christmas Delivery Palletised Equipment to Residential Addresses
The last day for pre-Christmas delivery to a residential address for palletised equipment, such as reformers, chairs, trapeze, etc., has passed. After this time, collection from the nearest depot or delivery via our service agents in some areas may be the only options.
Pre-Christmas Delivery Palletised Equipment to Commercial Addresses with a Forklift On-Site
The last day for pre-Christmas delivery to a commercial address with a forklift on site for palletised equipment, such as reformers, chairs, trapeze, etc., is December 16th. In most areas, this will require shipment prior to December 9th, 2022. After this time, collection from the nearest depot or delivery via our service agents in some areas may be unavailable.
Pre-Christmas Delivery an International Address
Guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery has now closed for international orders. While some items may still arrive in time, we are unable to confirm confirmed arrival within four weeks of office closures.
Please note that while we do our best to recommend the best guidelines possible, we are currently unable to guarantee any pre-Christmas arrival due to the extensive delays throughout the country as a result of excessive flooding and damage to freight lines.
