Introducing The Slice!
Our newest prop facilitates true parallel position!
Developed with Blossom Crawford of Bridge Pilates, the Slice is an excellent, multi-use positioning tool to incorporate into your daily practice.
Many times when the parallel foot position is required in an exercise, the heels and toes are brought together resulting in a rotation of the knees. What may look like a parallel position really isn’t. Putting the Slice between the feet keeps the heels farther apart. It allows you to gain true parallel position of the legs and appropriate recruitment of supporting musculature throughout the body to help maintain the intended position.
For bodies with a twist in the ribs or torso, the Slice also encourages symmetrical alignment in both the ribs and hips while exercising in a prone position.
Handmade in our Sacramento workshop of upholstered EVA foam, the Slice is comfortably soft yet rigid enough for support. It also works with most foot sizes!

C-Shaper
Back by popular demand the original C-Shaper, first made by Balanced Body in 1988. Designed by Marie-Jose Blom of Long Beach Dance Conditioning and Quentin Josephy of Kinetic Fitness Studios, the C-Shaper provides support for the spine. Upholstered in heavy-gauge vinyl with adjustable handstraps. 16" high x 13" wide x 29.5" long. Black can be ordered online. For custom colors, call to order.
Detached Moon Box
Moon Boxes can be used with Wall Towers, Reformers and Chairs.

Moon Box LITE
Weighing in at just 0.95 pounds (.5kg), this ultra-lightweight, portable moon box can be used in all the same ways as a traditional moon box. Use alone or with any piece of equipment to give assistance, or increase the challenge. Two Moon Box Lites also work great as a pair. Made of recyclable, high-density foam.
