The Pilates Notebook Equipment Care Log is one record for every machine in the studio. It holds an equipment register, inspection and service records, spring and part replacements, and outstanding actions, so anyone on the team can find a machine’s history when they need it.
Balanced Body Clean is Balanced Body’s own cleaner and disinfectant, made with banana bark extract. It is natural and biodegradable, kills 99.99% of bacteria, removes odours, and cleans vinyl upholstery, metal, plastic and glass. Balanced Body says it helps extend the life of vinyl upholstery. The pack holds two ready-to-use 650 ml trigger-spray bottles.
The Care Log is made by HF Industries, which was established in 1978 and supplies and services Pilates equipment. BB Clean is from Balanced Body, supplied in Australia by HF Industries. The Care Log is a record: it does not set cleaning or maintenance schedules, which come from each manufacturer’s instructions.

Can I use BB Clean on equipment from another brand? BB Clean is made for Balanced Body equipment. For other brands, please check your manufacturer’s care instructions before using any cleaner. The Care Log suits equipment from any brand.
Does the Care Log tell me how often to service my equipment? No. It is a record of what is done and when. Service intervals and care instructions come from each manufacturer.
We have more than one studio. The Care Log Multi-site 3-pack gives you three copies for $148.50.
Can I buy more BB Clean on its own? Yes. BB Clean is sold as a two-pack and as a 125 ml concentrate on its own product page.
When will my order be posted? All orders ship from Monday 23 November. The last posting day before Christmas is Friday 18 December, and we can’t guarantee that orders posted that day will arrive before Christmas. Our office is closed from Wednesday 23 December and reopens on Monday 11 January; orders placed after 18 December are posted from 11 January.
