Back Order Arrival Times:
All arrival times are estimated to the best of our ability at the time of quote. Due to disruption to manufacturing, the global freight crisis, heightened demand, and periodic industrial strike action at the ports, delays may occur. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee back order arrival time and can only provide an estimated arrival window.
Delivery is to the kerbside only. Assistance may be required to help remove the shipment from the truck to the kerb. Some Self-assembly is required. Arrangements to bring the shipment indoors need to be made privately due to COVID precautions and freight company policy. In some regional areas, collection from the depot may be required.
Freight pricing and requirements are changing frequently in line with OH&S regulations. In the event that requirements change between the time of quote and arrival of back-ordered equipment, additional charges may apply.
To place a backorder, a 30% deposit amount is required to confirm the order. The deposit amount is non-refundable unless the order takes longer to arrive than the estimated window provided, at which time you will have the option to wait or cancel the order for a refund of the deposit, less any credit card fees that may have been incurred. Your order will not be allocated until your deposit has been received.
Balance of Payment:
The balance of your payment will be due as the container vessel is arriving in Sydney. Our accounts department will contact you to make arrangements for this payment.
We do not keep your payment details on file for privacy reasons.
Returns & Exchange:
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide exchanges on items or accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final. In the event that there is a problem with your order on arrival, our service and support team will be happy to assist you. If you have placed a backorder with a deposit and the order has been delayed beyond the estimated arrival window, your deposit may be eligible for a refund if you wish to cancel the order. Under these circumstances, you will be asked to confirm your return payment information both over the phone and in writing.
Delivery During Lockdown Restrictions
All delivery options, including pickup from our warehouse, are subject to COVID restrictions at the time of order arrival. Our delivery team will do their best to work with you though we are ultimately making decisions in accordance with State Health Advice with the health and safety of our team the highest priority. In the event that your order arrives during a time of lockdown restrictions, delays may occur which are out of our control. We will do our best to reassess the delivery options available though restricted options may lead to additional charges for immediate delivery.
