The Pilates Notebook For Instructors holds thirty numbered class plans with an index, each with a facing page for cues, transitions and modifications. It has client set-ups for 20 clients using initials only, teaching reflections, a professional development log and notes.
 
The Ultra-Fit Circle Mini is Balanced Body’s Ultra-Fit Circle in a smaller size: 30 cm across, with comfortable inner and outer handles and lighter resistance than the regular circle. It suits smaller body types and beginners, and helps keep the feet under the hips for better leg alignment.
 
The Inflatable Ball is a 20–25 cm ball in Storm Gray with a slightly grippy, tactile feel, used for support, positioning and proprioceptive work at whatever level of inflation the exercise needs. It is posted flat and inflates with a drinking straw or by mouth.
 
The notebook is made by HF Industries, which was established in 1978 and works every day with instructors, studios and people who practise at home. The props are from Balanced Body, supplied in Australia by HF Industries. The notebook is a record: it does not teach exercises or give medical advice.
