Opening a Pilates studio means hundreds of decisions: the site, the lease, the budget, the room, the equipment, the team and the timetable. Most of them are made across emails, spreadsheets and conversations, and the reasons are hard to find again later.
 
The Studio Planner keeps that work in one book. It is organised in the order many owners meet each stage, and every page asks a question and leaves room for the answer. You work out your own start-up budget, running costs and break-even point. You compare sites against the same checks, take a list of questions to the landlord, plan the room around the equipment and record what arrives on delivery day.

The Planner does not tell you what the law, your council or the tax rules require. Those answers depend on your site and change over time. Instead it asks the question, gives you a place to record what you found, who you checked it with and when, and keeps your decisions together.

The Studio Planner is made to sit open on your desk while you plan the studio you are building. Every question is in front of you, and the whole plan is there at a glance. Turn back to what the landlord said, or add a note after a call with a supplier. Each answer has space for what you found, who you checked with and when, so the reasons behind your decisions stay with them.
