Used with your Balanced Body Reformer, our Contour Sitting Box expands Reformer workouts with prone and abdominal strength exercises, side stretching and seated exercise. We've rounded the edges to fit the body better and encourage a larger range of motion. More comfortable for prone exercises (Swan) and supine long box exercises (Back Stroke).
Sitting Box Lite
Lightweight and affordable, the Sitting Box Lite adds prone exercises, abdominal strengthening, side stretching and more to your Reformer workouts. And it doubles as a versatile prop to use in Pilates mat work!
Made of high density, durable foam, our Sitting Box Lite offers the same function as a traditional Sitting Box at a fraction of the cost and weight! It is designed with cut-outs in bottom to fit easily and snugly over the shoulder rests on all Balanced Body Reformers. The Sitting Box Lite has rounded edges for more comfort during prone exercises like Swan, with consistent and constant support the full length of the Box.
Weighing in at just 4.5 lbs. (2kg), the Balanced Body Sitting Box Lite is easy to move, stack and store. The dense Sitting Box Lite foam construction features a textured top surface for stable, non-slip body positioning. Extremely durable with no risk of torn vinyl corners. Add variety to your workouts with this versatile, drop-in Platform Extender for your Anniversary Allegro 2 Reformer. The expanded surface area is ideal for kneeling and supine exercise! Gain many new exercise options—plus a more functional and comfortable surface with expanded surface area.
