Add variety and new exercises to your Pilates workouts with Balanced Body’s Pilates balls.

Textured Franklin Ball, 4”

Used in Franklin method classes, these balls are specifically designed for self massage, balance and gait exercises. The unique, uneven, honeycomb-textured surface provides more intense stimulation than smoother balls making this the standard ball for Franklin exercises.

 

Sold as a pair, approximately 4" (10cm) in diameter. Ships semi-inflated. Inflates with a needle pump (sold separately).

Franklin Easy Grip, 5”

Used in Franklin method classes for self massage, balance and gait exercises when maximum sensory stimulation is required. Soft, rounded bumps allow for a better grip and more intense release work. Inflated. Sold as a pair, approximately 5" (12cm) in diameter. Ships semi-inflated. Inflates with a needle pump (sold separately).

 

“Pinky” Ball, 2.5”

Our small, 2.5 inch pinky ball is used for foot massage and proprioception to improve standing posture and gait. Made of hard natural rubber, it’s also useful as an intense massage ball for those extra stubborn spots. Sold individually.

 

EcoWise Fitness Ball

No latex, PVC, phthalates or chloride in our colorful new burst-resistant fitness balls! Use for both conditioning and rehabilitation, adding balance challenges, support and playfulness to your workout or therapy session. These are the best burst-resistant balls available. However, for safety reasons, do not use in combination with other exercise equipment. Inflates with pump (included).

Colors correspond to sze. 55cm (Spa Green), or 75cm (Spa Blue). See sizing chart to get appropriate ball.

What size Fitness Ball is right for you?
Fitness Ball size is determined by height. When seated on the ball, hips and knees should be parallel to the floor (or hips slightly higher - never lower - than knees). You might need a larger ball if your legs are proportionally long for your height. If in doubt, buy the larger ball and, if necessary, adjust the diameter by inflating it to less than maximum size.
